What are your Full Plate Farm Boxes?
This is our version of a fall and winter CSA with lots of variety. We offer a different Full Plate Farm Box every month from October through April. The boxes are jam-packed full of fresh organic produce, eggs, whole wheat pita bread and an assortment of pickles, jam, sauerkraut, hot sauce, applesauce, frozen vegetables, cornmeal, tea mixes and much more! We prepare everything from scratch and we grow the majority of the food. All of our veggies, herbs and fruit are certified organic. Click here for past boxes.
I’m interested in a Full Plate Farm Box, but I don’t know how much food to expect.
Our farm boxes include $75+ worth of produce and prepared food. Each box description lists quantities. Because so much of the food has a long shelf life in the fridge or freezer, they are flexible and work well for a variety of family sizes.
What if I don’t like some of the items in the farm boxes?
If you commit to our farm boxes, you are welcome to request substitutions. As long as we have the products you want in stock, we’ll work with you to build something that you will eat and enjoy.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, paypal and SNAP/EBT (see below). You have the option to pay with a credit card when you submit your order or pay with cash or check at pickup/delivery.
Do you accept SNAP/EBT benefits?
Yes! We strive to make our food accessible. You can pay for your order with SNAP/EBT. We participate in the Maine Harvest Bucks program, which doubles your money. As long as your order contains at least half fruits and vegetables, it will be half off! We will process your EBT card at pickup or delivery. When you checkout in our online store, please choose “SNAP/EBT at pickup or delivery.” Our Full Plate Farm Boxes are half off thanks to Maine Harvest Bucks.
Are you an organic farm?
