What are your Full Plate Farm Boxes?

This is our version of a fall and winter CSA with lots of variety and flexibility. We offer a different Full Plate Farm Box every month from September through March. Each has it’s own name (e.g. the Brunch Box). They are jam-packed full of fresh organic produce, eggs, whole wheat pita bread and an assortment of pickles, jam, sauerkraut, hot sauce, applesauce, frozen vegetables, cornmeal, tea mixes and much more! We prepare everything from scratch and we grow the majority of the food. All of our veggies, herbs and fruit are certified organic. Check our online store for the current box. Click here for past boxes.

Do I have to make a commitment?

We love it when customers commit to seven farm boxes, and we give you a discount for doing so. But we do not require a commitment. You are welcome to order at whatever frequency makes sense for your family.

I’m interested in a Full Plate Farm Box, but I don’t know how much food to expect.

Our farm boxes include $75+ worth of produce and prepared food. Each box description lists quantities. Because so much of the food has a long shelf life in the fridge or freezer, they are flexible and work well for a variety of family sizes.

Can I buy more than one farm box in a month?

Yes! We welcome you to order as often as you’d like.

Do I have to buy a full farm box?

No, you do not. You are welcome to order just the products you want in our online store.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, paypal and SNAP/EBT (see below). You have the option to pay with a credit card when you submit your order or pay with cash or check at pickup/delivery.

Do you accept SNAP/EBT benefits?

Yes! We strive to make our food accessible. You can pay for your order with SNAP/EBT. We participate in the Maine Harvest Bucks program, which doubles your money. As long as your order contains at least one half fruits and vegetables, it will be half off! We will process your EBT card at pickup or delivery. When you checkout in our online store, please choose “SNAP/EBT at pickup or delivery.”

Are you an organic farm?

Yes. All of our vegetables, herbs and fruit are certified organic.
