The Back to School Box: $75

September 2019

  • Blueberry jam (made by Julia’s mom)

  • Watermelon (The variety of these yellow watermelons is called early moonbeam, and they are delicious!)
  • Onions
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Salad greens
  • Bulb fennel (we’ll include a recipe!)
  • Cabbage
  • Winter squash (spaghetti squash and delicata)
  • Watermelon ice cubes (great for a glass of seltzer or a cocktail and our kids eat them like popsicles)

The Brunch Box: $75

October 2019

  • Maple syrup (1 pint)
  • Eggs (1 dozen)
  • Hot sauce (5 oz bottle)
  • Calm herbal tea mix (20 grams loose)
  • Whole grain pancake mix with Maine-grown flour and our own cornmeal (1.5 lb)
  • Onions (2 lb)
  • Potatoes (3 lb)
  • Frozen strawberries, picked at Fairwinds Farm (1 lb)
  • Salad greens (.5 lb)
  • Watermelon (1 yellow Early Moonbeam)
  • Bloody mary mix (1 quart) *This is delicious with or without alcohol
  • A pint of the fermented vegetable of your choice. Options are: red cabbage kraut, cabbage/carrot/onion kraut, kosher dill pickles or mixed pickled whole veggies (our version of giardiniera)
