Fire cider is great for your immune system. We like to take a tablespoon every day, especially during the winter. You can take a spicy shot or dilute it in a glass of water.
We make it by infusing apple cider vinegar with horseradish, fresh ginger root, garlic, onion, fresh turmeric root and cayenne pepper. Then we add a bit of honey.
All the ingredients are organic and sourced from Maine (we grow the garlic, onion, horseradish and cayenne).
Fire cider does not need to be refrigerated and it stays good for a long time.
